Alissa Karnes—
Director of Addiction Recovery Services
Alissa oversees the clinical and administrative operations of Pathways' services in the state of Louisiana. She is a certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Clinical Supervisor through MSAPCB and has over 15 years of administrative experience in the field of addiction recovery working with a variety of special populations, e.g. adolescents, individuals with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders and women with children. Alissa has been a member of the Pathways' team in Missouri since 2000 and has recently relocated back to Louisiana, where she is originally from, with her husband and two sons.
