Brian Martin—
Director of Development
Brian has eight years of experience in the field of behavioral healthcare. As a member of the Pathways Senior Management Team, Martin is responsible for driving the organization’s fund development efforts. This has included guiding and managing funds and fund investments, identifying and developing new fund sources, programs, and securing other revenue streams for the organization. Martin has been instrumental in the development and receipt of contracts and grants for Federal Probation and Parole, Missouri Department of Corrections, Missouri Department of Mental Health, private foundations, and most recently the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals. Martin has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and in 2005, was one of 80 nationally recognized business students selected through the National Deans List to participate in the International Mission on Business in Central and Eastern Europe. Outside of work, Martin is recently married, an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys volunteering in his local community in Central Missouri.
