Diane Howard—
Director of Human Resources
Diane oversees the operation of the human resources department responsible for more than 800 employees. Howard has worked for the organization for over 17 years managing the human resources department through numerous mergers and acquisitions. Howard currently supervises a team of six individuals specializing in various aspects of human resources, including benefit administration, recruiting, employee relations, wellness, workers' compensation, and safety. Howard is certified as a Professional in Human Resources and is an active member of the national and local chapters of the Society for Human Resource Professionals.
