Joseph Christian—
Vice President Northwest Region
has a challenging role most similar to that of a diplomat or ambassador! He has a long list of duties but at the top of that list is the challenge of identifying community gaps in service as well as targeting potential funding sources for those needs. Joe is interested in ensuring the satisfaction of our staff as he strives to meet the needs of our consumers. He views his role as a servant of the organization who diligently works in various capacities. The four regional vice-presidents participate in community and county coalitions, arrange legislative tours for our politicians who make decisions about our funding, facilitate teamwork within the organization, and partner with other providers to increase integration of healthcare services in their regions. They are valued for their multi-faceted contribution to our organization!
Joe lives in Blue Springs, about 10 minutes from our Odessa office in the northwest where you can find him when he is not traveling to one of the other nine facilities in the northwest region. He is married to Jennifer and they have three sons, Jordan, Josiah, and Jeremiah. Joe's passion is one of excellence particularly as it relates to leadership and organizational administration. He also enjoys public speaking.
