Chief Financial Officer
Dave Turner has experience that consists of progressively more responsible positions within industry, public accounting, and not-for-profit organizations. Turner supervises all financial functions in the organization. He has a strong background in managing the finances of behavioral healthcare, FQHC, and social service organizations and possesses the knowledge to effectively and efficiently manage state and federal contracts. The skill set that Turner possesses includes: accounting, budgeting and forecasting, management and administration, purchasing and inventory control, management and information systems, government relations, and properties management. Turner is a current member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and Beta Gamma Sigma (National Scholastic Honor Society of Business Management).
